yea, I'm not saying he should be kicking his arse to be in excellent physical condition but atleast lose some weight for health reasons. Maybe he does try to influence him but then again arnold can't force him to be what he isn't like you say. I am not an Arnold fan but maybe he wants to let him be who he is and it could be a result of who Arnold is..lot of pressure on the boy. Maybe the boy just wants to be himself.

crazy transformation, obviously on gear of some sort, my question is just how much effort is actually needed to look like that when on? I mean the fella as a natural has shitty structure and nothing going for him and looks like he would gain next to nothing just hitting the weights and following a good diet.

ah yea your right, it was called "superman lives" and apparantly they even finished teaser posters for the movie. I only read about this yesturday but not that cage was involved. Tim Burton almost did a Superman movie... It was shelved, but he wanted Cage as Supes and this was the test run.
It was in the 90s when Superman had longer hair.

in his own words, "people ask aren't I going to retire? Retire from what. having fun?" Arnie is everyone's BBing hero... He's the American dream... 100% alpha all the way, but I also believe Arnold is a narcissistic, greedy, sociopathic egomaniac.
At 66 years old, most people would kick back, relax, enjoy their wealth and everything else they've accomplished in their lives.
I just don't get it.

she just changed direction for me by looking at my screen but only having her in the corner of my vision, when I refocused on her she started spinning in the opposite direction. Depending on your pereption she can spin either way.
One way of changing the direction perceived is to use averted vision and mentally look for an arm going behind instead of in front, then carefully move the eyes back. Some may perceive a change in direction more easily by narrowing visual focus to a specific region of the image, such as the spinning foot or the shadow below the dancer and gradually looking upwards. One can also try to tilt one's head to perceive a change in direction. Another way is to watch the base shadow foot, and perceive it as the toes always pointing away from you and it can help with direction change. You can also close your eyes and try and envision the dancer going in a direction then reopen them and the dancer should change directions.
Still another way is to wait for the dancer's legs to cross in the projection and then try to perceive a change in the direction in what follows. You could also try using your peripheral vision to distract the dominant part of the brain, slowly look away from the ballerina and you may begin to see it spin in the other direction. Perhaps the easiest method is to blink rapidly (slightly varying the rate if necessary) until consecutive images are going in the 'new' direction. Then open your eyes and the new rotational direction is maintained. It is even possible to see the illusion in a way that the dancer is not spinning at all, but simply rotating back and forth 180 degrees.

I guess you are unaware van damme fought competitively? His fight record is pretty impressive. There is a story somewhere about that whole incident explained by mickey rourke where he was said van damme was infact drunk and had said zito has no heart. zito confronted him about what he had been saying and sucker punched van damme, zito was pulled away. Rourke also said zito sucker punched him because he knew van damme could take him and he did what he had to do. Just to add rourke is no fan of van damme and has bad mouthed him publicly. Chuck fought in the ring and the other studied ballet prior to acting.
