Marine, that is an insane low body fat. What type of workouts do you do? What type of cardio? If getbig had a most ripped contest you would win hands down.

I rode a lot in my early 20's. Riding a bike is dangerous in it self and I wouldn't want to make the odds higher by buying a used bike. Watch out for idiots in cars making left hand turns in front of you.

Save up and get something like a new Honda CBR 250. It should give you zero mechanical problems. The brakes and handling is really good for the price. It should top out at around 100MPH and should accelerate better than the average car. At 100 mph without protective clothes they will sponge you off the highway the same way they will sponge you off the road riding 100 mph on a 1000cc bike. You can pick it up for little over $4000. If you want more speed Kawasaki makes a 300 sport bike.

This looks close to my dress watch. I like it. I think I paid about $220 for it. Looks really nice and understated with a suit.

Anyone notice how watches are getting really big lately? I have a small wrist and some of these watches look ridiculous on my wrist.

I have a dress watch but I use a common Casio most of the time. I swim in the ocean with it. I have dropped it on concrete and even threw it to a friend who didn't catch it. It works perfect. I used Casio's to wake me up for work for over 20 years. I time my runs and weight workouts with it. I use the count down alarm for 3 minute rounds when hitting the heavy bag. At night it has a light to see it.

I like to get a used quality watch on Ebay but it just can't be trusted with all the Chinese counterfeits. The Chinese is really flooding the market with them. Depending on the grade of counterfeit they have authentic boxes and paper work. Only a jeweler could tell but I would never want to own a fake.

You also have to factor in the coefficient of friction at the point of impact for both players. Did both players have a foot on the ground or were in between strides? This is important for transference of power. There are to many variables not even mentioned like leverage due to height and placement of the hit whether high or low. Of all the factors  speed and weight are the most important.

Tags are nice but if you want a counterfeit $5000 dollar watch that China made that could fool everyone for $800 bucks the internet is saturated with them. China counterfeits watches in different grades. When ever you see a chump that doesn't have any real money living at home with a $5000 plus watch you know it's Chinese made.

I find recent college graduates have a chip on their shoulder. They feel a sense of entitlement to a 100k job as soon as they graduate. Generation nothingness doesn't want to do the hard yards.

I agree but it seems more and more that a college degree is now the high school diploma of the 50's and 60's. No one will hire you without it because the person interviewing you making 40K has their degree.

When my kids were in high school I would get mad when they would come home with college catalogs given by their guidance counselor for schools costing 40K a year. So many of these name Universities cost around 40K. I have 4 kids. I don't have 640K under a mattress in cash.

I'm thinking about selling powdered cheese as whey protein. Wait, that's what whey protein is.

Whether or not you have a college degree (BS, Masters, Doctorate etc.) is not relevant.  What is more important is that you target a career that keeps you happy and allows you to make good money with relative job security.

For instance, think of the following:

A sandhog (urban miner) in New York City makes around 100K with great benefits and a modified retirement outlook (I've heard they get to retire a little earlier due to their work-related exposure). You don't need a college degree for that.

Plumbers make great money when they have their own local businesses. Many times these individuals charge on a cash basis and make out like bandits (yearly income around 100K-150K, sometimes off the books).

Gardening contractors are also known for their great money and flexible work hours.

If you do go to college, target a career that will bring you both money and security. Consider becoming a doctor, nurse, veterinarian, pharmacist, accountant, engineer and/or a lawyer (stick to corporate law).

Remember, that just as they say there are two things certain in life (death and taxes), so as long as death remains a constant, you will always have sick people knocking at its door. With a world's worth of perpetually sick people, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists will always be in demand and so as long as taxes are an inevitability, accountants will always have a job.

Best of luck,
"1"

I disagree with one part. You have the world by the balls if your job makes you happy. If it doesn't make sure it makes you enough money so you can enjoy your life when you are not at work.  To many young people think they have to get into careers that entertain them. It's called work.  I doubt the gastroenterology doctor thinks gee whiz I get to scope another ass hole today but when he drives away in his 150K car to his huge house it's all worth it.

Most people today think the only path is college. I would bet there are more successful people that don't have any college. It seems to me unless your diploma says outright this is the job you are qualified for it can be a waste of paper to have it.

Plumbers, Electricians, Counter top guys, some car mechanics and carpenters can make a really decent living. I know a hot dog guy that had a constant flow of cars to his little truck. Every body thinks he's making chump change but he is doing fantastic. Another guy has a small pizza store front and lives like a king in a 3000 sq ft house and a really nice car. There are so many other examples.  College isn't the only path. Sometimes it's absolutely foolish to go into crazy debt for a piece of paper that has no value.

You're right. Summer is no time to be heavy. I was always amazed when fat people sweat doing nothing in the winter time. One guy I know who is a fatso brags how he wears shorts year round. Of course he does. At his weight he breaks a sweat picking up a newspaper.

That's an incredible range of motion. Look how far the plates come of the ground when some of these 5'6" midgets deadlift sumo style. I wonder what the math physics is concerning the amount of work it takes to lift that amount of weight that far? That boxer is seriously strong.

Frankie is in Hamilton? I thought he was a Toms River guy? He's seen all the time by the shore area by me.

so if you really mean this then how about the contest, you got nothing to lose right?

coz i made a commitment to myself not to post up anymore pics here on the boards, that's why

I understand. Every time I consider putting up a picture I know it's only a matter of time before it's photo shopped into me fucking a grand ma or something.

Smiley

and as far as the green tee pic goes i was eating bout 1200 cals at that point (chocolate muffins, musli, coca-cola) with maybe 60 grams of protein per day while training with baby weights doing Meta Training, so yeah, i ain't gonna be holding much "size" on that protocol

I admit you look in shape and have a good structure. You already identified yourself with a picture why the secrecy concerning anymore?

I don't get egos. So many guys look like crap physically and facially but when they look in the mirror they think they are good looking. They actually think they are in a hot woman's league.

So many good looking women look in the mirror and think they look like crap.

that ad reminds me of the old charles atlas ad for some reason,i still think wrestling is the best base for MMA n self defense in general, throw in some muay thia training n some no gi BJJ n imo thats a pretty complete combo.

I agree that wrestling is the best base. Once they learn not to expose their back they take to submission wrestling very quickly. I think a wrestler who has a boxing back ground is light years ahead when he starts doing jui jitsu.
