It is possible to go from 30% to 5-6% naturally, but it is not possible to do so and retain all the muscle...

(low fat+high muscle mass) = bodybuilder = f(gear)
4  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria are separating!!! on: May 10, 2011, 02:11:28 AM
You guys are all morons. He is obviously doing this because he wants to make a Mr.O comeback! He will now rent a place somewhere in Venice Beach and focus on training and dieting...while at it, they will be making a "Pumping Iron Reload" movie too....then he will come to Vegas and blow Jay et al out of the water! BOOM!!!
5  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Lifetime Natural? Discuss on: May 09, 2011, 02:15:35 AM
first of all lunaatik dont bring up the holocost as example ,, you are truly infantile,,the holocost victims were NOT 2% anything,,they were bone and skin and fat and only fat to hold it together with little bit of muscle,, they were 3-4% and many of them died as a result ,,the ones who survived were in the upper 3% the ones who dropped down dead were in the lower 3% and under which RESULTED IN THEIR DEATH while they were working and eating grass,,

when you talk abotu the bodyfat % you talk about BODYBUILDERS,,in optimal muscle to fat ratio on stage,,not on people who been starving and tortured and murdered for number of years ,,

you may be the most stupid individual on getbig history

gh15 approved

I second that. Nazi prison camp victims is a stupid example - most of those people had extremely low muscle mass and were bordering on death. The guy in the picture here discussed would look like Ronnie Coleman compared to those poor prisoners.

In fact, as far as I know, many oral steroids like methandrostenolone were originally intended to support survived anorexic prisoners after the war ended and malnourished children born and growing up during the hunger years of that war.

Bodybuilder Lex Reeves on a mission against supplements, personal trainers and pro bbers!

Bro, don't really understand what your rage is all about...Its all personal choices that people make. For example, I don't get why people pay $3 for a small can of bad tasting energy drink with some red cows on the logo, or why would anyone pay a doctor to tell them that in order to cure the flu they need to keep warm and rest for 7 days...

This is how markets are, bro...If you don't appreciate certain markets (e.g., market for freakish pro bbers, that drivers the market for supplements, etc) then you have a personal choice not to participate in that market and, perhaps, encourage your kids to do the same....

But why go on a hate runt?
7  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Hidetada Yamagishi on: April 28, 2011, 12:49:39 AM
I was once 180 at 8% all natty, not even sups. And I didn't even diet that much - just clean food, but not overly strict...1-2 cheat meals a week too.

Yes, most likely nobody can be 220 at 6%, but many can be 6% at 175-180 range, imo...esp if been training regular and eating well from late teens...

But it does get harder to maintain that with age of course...
8  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Is Dexter still "The Blade"?? on: April 25, 2011, 03:33:21 AM
Dexter is a superb pro - playing the genuine game of symmetry, aesthetics and condition in the age of bloated guts and mass-above-all "quality". In my opinion, the only truly deserved Mr.O title over the past 20 years...

huge muscles on a short frame = ugly as f..ck! gh gut at 23? nice, nice...dude's clearly gunning for the tops and being hailed for it by his immediate surrounding....well, hope he's got strong organs to withstand that assault he is currently under...

13  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: HEALTH ANXIETY/PHOBIA...... on: April 14, 2011, 07:57:37 AM
If you do enough tests they will always find something wrong with you. Need to look for that balance - totally neglecting your health is obviously bad, but being constantly mindful of your health is also not good.

I think that getting drunk or eating some greasy food does less damage that subsequent regret for having done so.
14  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: better legs than average pro BB by just riding the bike? on: April 08, 2011, 05:38:35 AM

15  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: what do you look for in a gym? on: April 06, 2011, 02:50:26 AM
price = P
equipment = E
location = L
no tappouters = t
rush hour =r

(-r(P+E) *(-t))/ L)

 Wink

so whats the deciding criteria then? above 1? below 1? greater/less than?  Grin

16  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Take the Fallsview Pledge - keep a positive attitude! on: April 05, 2011, 04:04:48 AM
It would help if one can actually define what you understand by positive and negative is.
I can have a very negative attitude towards someone or something, which makes me feel quite good, because it gives me food for thought. There is a very significant, although often unrecognized, difference between negativity and bitterness/anger.
Negative attitude can lead to right conclusions and avoidance of harmful actions, while positive attitude can often lead to self-deception.

Figo,
well I didn't invent this world - sorry:)
18  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: So You Chumps Are Confused On What An Alpha Male Is??? on: March 31, 2011, 06:54:52 AM
A true alpha male is someone who does not need to do much exercise and dieting and still looks lean and mean and is popular with women. Money is actually irrelevant here.

Look at nature, look at the male lion - the perfect model of what an alpha male is: most of his time is spent eating and sleeping...he doesn't hunt (female lions do that for him) and his physical activities are limited to occasional short (although admittedly intense) fights for territory and females with other male lions, and mating.

Someone who kind of resembles this life style in human life is, to me, an alpha male proper.

22  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: how I can save bodybuilding on: March 30, 2011, 03:51:36 AM
pro bbing is dead man...it turned into a freak circus, where bloated monsters do "head-stand glute flex" poses and "gh gut standing relaxed", and other redicoulous shit...if the sport today was what it was originally supposed to be about (aesthetics, symmetry, balance, art) then the battle for the Mr Olympia title of the past 20 years would be between Ray, Wheeler, Levrone, Priest and Jackson...
23  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: At what body temperature should a person go to hospital? on: March 30, 2011, 03:37:02 AM
In 2002 I was training 5-6 days a week and in great shape, then my appendix burst.  My temperature was 103-105 for about 2 days.  I was delirious and could barely see or walk.  My friend had to take me to the emergency room.  When I left the hospital 4 days later, I weighed myself and discovered I lost almost 20 lbs... most of it was fat.

yep, ironically high temperature is the best fat burner...I had a viral conjectivitis two years ago and spent almost 10 days in bed with a very high temperature (just on the edge of "dangerous")...I am against meds and normally rely on my immune system to do the job, so I didn't take anything to lower the temp and just suffered through it....when I finally recovered, I lost around 15 pounds and was looking very lean...

25  Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Nutrition, Products & Supplements / Re: HELP!! need some ideas of getting more sleep on: March 19, 2011, 01:05:00 AM
You guys all offer quick fixes...

In order to solve your problem, we need to look at the root causes: why is it that you can only get 4 hrs a day? You said you wake up in the early hours and can't go back to sleep. Are you stressed? Something constantly bothering you? Gf/financial/other problems?

Insomnia of that kind is often a cause of emotional dis-balance or stress. Think about what might be destabilizing you in life and try to get rid of that if possible. Usually does the trick.

And yes, prolonged insufficient sleep will cause metabolic distress. I heard about studies, which even find the link between prolonged lack of sleep and obesity and risk of early heart attack.
