Microsoft clarifies Xbox One used game stance May 21, 2013 4:47PM PDT Eddie Makuch By Eddie Makuch, News Editor
Xbox maker acknowledges "confusion" exists around secondhand games for next-gen platform, doesn't deny fee will be required to play secondhand titles.
Microsoft has clarified its stance on used games as it relates to the Xbox One, the company's next-generation platform.
Writing on his blog, Microsoft director of Xbox Live programming Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb acknowledged that some "confusion" over used games on the next-gen platform has arisen today.
"We know there is some confusion around used games on Xbox One and wanted to provide a bit of clarification on exactly what we've confirmed today," Hryb said. "While there have been many potential scenarios discussed, today we have only confirmed that we designed Xbox One to enable our customers to trade in and resell games at retail."
"Beyond that, we have not confirmed any specific scenarios."
Earlier today, a Wired report claimed the Xbox One would require secondhand users pay a fee to play used games. Hryb did not deny this in his statement today, saying only that there will be no fee for those who play their games at a friend's house, provided they sign in to their profile.
"Another piece of clarification around playing games at a friend's house--should you choose to play your game at your friend's house, there is no fee to play that game while you are signed in to your profile," he said.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said Wednesday that Congress may be forced to take action to limit video game violence.
Speaking to an audience of around 500 in San Francisco, Feinstein, who led the charge in the Senate on an assault weapons ban, said the video game industry should take voluntary steps to make sure it does not glorify guns in the wake of the December mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. She added that if the industry does not, Congress is prepared to take action, according to the Associated Press.
Feinstein said that video games play, "a very negative role for young people, and the industry ought to take note of that."
"If Sandy Hook doesn't do it ... then maybe we have to proceed, but that is in the future," she added.

Gates was profiled in a January 13, 1996 TIME magazine cover story. Here are some excerpts compiled by the Drudge Report: "Isn't there something special, perhaps even divine, about the human soul?" interviewer Walter Isaacson asks Gates "His face suddenly becomes expressionless," writes Isaacson, "his squeaky voice turns toneless, and he folds his arms across his belly and vigorously rocks back and forth in a mannerism that has become so mimicked at MICROSOFT that a meeting there can resemble a round table of ecstatic rabbis." "I don't have any evidence on that," answers Gates. "I don't have any evidence of that." He later states, "Just in terms of allocation of time resources, religion is not very efficient. There's a lot more I could be doing on a Sunday morning."

Billy Gates doesn't know if there is a God. A true Atheist claims there is no God with conviction.
Microsoft Cofounder and CEO, was interviewed November 1995 on PBS by David Frost. Below is the transcript with minor edits...
Frost: Do you believe in the Sermon on the Mount?
Gates: I don't. I'm not somebody who goes to church on a regular basis. The specific elements of Christianity are not something I'm a huge believer in. There's a lot of merit in the moral aspects of religion. I think it can have a very, very positive impact.
Frost: I sometimes say to people, do you believe there is a god, or do you know there is a god? And, you'd say you don't know?
Gates: In terms of doing things I take a fairly scientific approach to why things happen and how they happen. I don't know if there's a god or not, but I think religious principles are quite valid.
The artificer here is the term agnostic. Agnosticism is not a position on belief, it is a position on knowledge. The prefix A means without and Gnostic refers to knowledge, hence agnostics do not claim to have knowledge of the existence of any gods. Belief is a binary position, either on believes in some proposition or one does not, there is no middle ground (no one can half-believe something). Given his comments Bill Gates appears most likely to be an agnostic atheist, that is a person who does not believe in any gods but does not claim to know that they don't exist.
Everyone is atheist is an "agnostic" atheist. That is, if there is evidence to support something, then that is what you go with. Gates is as atheist as you get.

I figured I might as workout today instead of a day off. Legs and Biceps. I will do a Bicep Challenge today instead of Legs as I just did one a few days ago. Plus, today is my heavy day for Squats.
Challenge 4: Bicep Barbell Curls half of Body weight (90 lbs) for 200 reps in 15 minutes. Form must be perfect, no swinging, no back movement, no hips thrusting-if the weight cannot be lifted without breaking form, take a rest.
Workout will be:
Squats: 4 Sets HEAVY-Rep Range- 5,5,5,2 Hamstring Leg Curls-5 sets Leg extensions-5 sets of 20
Biceps: Challenge 4 Bicep Barbell Curls half of Body weight (90 lbs) for 200 reps in 15 minutes. Standing Preacher Curls-5 sets Hammer Curls with Tricep Bar-5 sets
Ok Bros. FAILED this one too. I got 120 reps of half my bodyweight in 15 minutes. I did this AFTER my Heavy leg day and it was extremely difficult but I soldiered on anyways. I could have gotten more I think but this is a good base line to improve upon. One of the best arm workouts I think I have ever done, despite being drenched in sweat. These challenges are turning out to be some of my best workouts ever.

Yeah, but I see what Booty means about the freshly prepared foods they sell around the deli.
I think you guys are right.
You might want to check with the "deli" if you purchase at a grocery store. A lot of the times they are using the products off the shelves that are near expiration.

To me anything is processed that can be found in the freezer or on the shelf. If these are freshly made and in the deli part then that's different.
Deli meat is highly processed as salt and nitrates are added. Freezing something is a form of preservation and can fall under the definition of "processing" (stupid ass definition that means nothing really) but it won`t change the composition of whatever is being frozen. If I froze 10 lbs of strawberries, they would still be 10 lbs of strawberries when I take them out.

Burgers, Fries, Doughnuts, Pies, Cakes fill me up. Vegetables and Fruits by themselves, not so much. I love eating them, but not filling. I like making vegetable Casseroles and such. That is a filling way to eat Vegetables. Also Fruit Crisps and Fruit Pies.
Watermelon can fill you up though, but its just the water doing it.
