He's in a nether world right now between bald on top n going back to full head of hair. Can someone shop him totally bald here and with hair? Let's see how he looks bald.

Take ur thumb. Cover up his seven head n he looks ten years younger n badass. He needs to take six months off. Go into hiding n use some of his cash on a hair transplant.

Arnie w the hard hat looks ten years younger. Too bad about his hairline. Anyone know if hair transplants r any good theses days? I wonder why he doesn't get one. I remember seeing a pic of stall ones big scar on his hairline.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- A 5.1-magnitude earthquake hit the Los Angeles area Friday night, the USGS reported.

The epicenter was in Orange County near Fullerton, but it rattled residents in nearby areas as well, including Hollywood Hills.

The shaking could be felt for about 15 seconds.

The USGS had earlier reported it as a 5.4-magnitude, but later downgraded it to 5.1.

Arnold, Serge, Franco, Fox, Sergio, Callender, Haney and Ronnie, all disagree with you
this arguments as dumb n old as jap bike versus harley.
They all used machines too. Cable crossovers, nautilus, lat pull downs, cable rows I could go on n on but I think that best example is always that no one has ever built an impressive set of calves without machines. Those that have in the Iron Age were the ones that were born w them anyway. So I guess the caves are made of different muscle cells physiologically than all other muscles. Nope. Because they r the one muscle that u pretty much need a machine due to balance challenges if u want to build huge calves above and beyond what nature intended.

Gotta give respect. She has a heart of good n helped me during a tuff time. We both had total bicep ruptures. Only my surgery got fucked n I suffered complications for a long time. She was a big help during my recovery.

34 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: FINALS RIGHT NOW!!! - ARNOLD CLASSIC 2014 PREJUDGING LIVE STREAM & THREAD on: March 01, 2014, 09:10:36 PM
This... peaks and valleys... were in a shallow valley right now. The 90's were a high points... and then Coleman came over, and dominated as the 90's guys twilighted.... and now were in a kind of in between phase until we get some more guys with insane genetics and work ethics...
wut do u guys thnk of this theory. The 90s were so good cuz we were coming off the 80s with Arnold busting box office records. Everyone n their brother wanted to be the next Arnold. So EVERYONE was bodybuilding. With a bigger population of men bb then there was more of a chance to get great ones because the pool was much bigger. Hardly anyone "bodybuilds" anymore so the talent pool is much smaller. If bb were as popular as it was in the 80s n 90s then we would see more talented bb albeit with bigger guts. As it stands we have to settle for wut we have.
35 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Melatonin n Bitch Tits on: February 27, 2014, 09:57:35 AM
another thing though. I did we that site and that's why I am asking. The claims that it may cause gyno at this point is largely unsubstantiated. With it messing w ur hormones it may very well. That's why I was asking here to see if anyone had any real world experience w melatonin causing gyno or think that it did.
36 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Melatonin n Bitch Tits on: February 27, 2014, 09:52:57 AM
Just buy a bra for your bitch tits bro i dont see what the problem is.
don't have em don't want em
37 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Melatonin n Bitch Tits on: February 27, 2014, 04:37:25 AM
Sometimes I take melatonin to knock me out. There's some anecdotal stuff out there that says it may cause gyno. No real hard evidence that I can find. Any input from anyone?
38 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Arnold Classic (Backstage) on: February 21, 2014, 09:12:01 AM
arnold era guys could still fit in clothes man.

I dont think people really comprehend how much bigger the guys are now a days. athletic shit is pretty much all that works.

it sounds like u mean "I don't comprehend". Didn't just fall off turnip truck. Seen n lifted next to just about every noteworthy pro in the last thirty years. I comprehend. My opinion stands.

Staying on that theme u think back in Arnie's day wen an NFL football player looked like he could compete in cross country skiing that Arnie didn't have to have his stuff tailored? It's all relative. All I'm saying is that these champs otta represent better. Spend some drug money on clothes. I used to walk around at 250 and never walked around w sleeveless shit in places like that. So even the guy on the street bb can do it cheaply too if they try. There r clothes out there if u look for them. I know I wasn't Ronnie's size but I wasn't mr o either. I will say Phil Heath seems to dress pretty classy but yeah he does the sleeveless shit a lot too.

Is this the celeb chef?

41 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Arnold Classic (Backstage) on: February 21, 2014, 07:40:15 AM
U know what really strikes me as odd bout that hospital photo. Ronnie has to walk in the hospital w a sleeveless shirt. In his day even in the 70s with hippies, anything goes, free love Arnie was pure class. He'd walk in that hospital dressed classy pull up a sleeve if asked and boom! See but Arnie's charisma was bigger than the physical stature of his body. His charisma is what made him. Today's bbs lack that star power n charisma n try to make up fir it w sleeveless shirts.

Did Babe Ruth go to a kids death bed in his uniform? Would Wayne Gretzky visit someone while dressed in a hockey outfit? Bbs have to display their sport wherever they go.
42 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Sally McNeil recently celebrated her 50th birthday in prison on: February 21, 2014, 07:28:50 AM
If that is her at 50 wow.

Such a shame that a nice lady like denise rutkowski can turn into an ugly man at the same age whereas an evil psycho bitch like sally mcneil ages like fine wine.

Prison lifestyle seems ideal for physique and good aging (especially for woman as they don't have to guard their ass 24/7)

crazy killer eyes

44 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Denise Rutkowski - Then and Now Pics on: February 19, 2014, 06:49:35 PM
In one photo of Denise, the one with the 2 black kids, the kid on the right was wearing the shirt of the contest my old gym owner promoted. It was at this contest - maybe not same year- that the owner could not afford separate rooms for Denise and Paul. So the two of them roomed together, and apparently were extremely happy to do so too.
Same gym owner also got a call from DeMayo himself about 2 months before Pauls death, where Paul was whacked out of his mind asking for a loan. The owner didn't want to loan him money, especially since he had not spoken with Paul in a decade or more. Paul was so desperate for money he actually told the owner he would sell him his contest trophy (from when he turned pro, I cannot remember if it was Nationals, Americans or the year) for $100. Just because he was so strung he needed money to cop a fix.
strange though. That sf show as I remember it was a regional show. Paul n Denise at that time would be guest posers n not have numbers on their suits. That looks like maybe the USA in LA?

46 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Danny Hester at 45 ~ what does GB think of him? on: February 19, 2014, 06:19:27 AM
Danny Hester I think lives out in Oxnard, California (about 30 miles from where I live). I see him quite a bit out at various contests and expo. Knows quite a lot of people, and always very respectful. He is considered one of the best bodybuilders to never turn pro (he would of easily had the current pro system been around). I think he competed 20 years ago, and also last year, and still placed in the top 2.

The Gold's Gym Redondo Beach turned to be Revolution Gym, which went bankrupt, surprising its members about 2-3 months ago. Sad, because that was a cool gym right next to the ocean there. Dave Fisher owns the Powerhouse Gym in Torrance (which is not a big gym at all but always cool). I did a photoshoot in there once back.

who'd u shoot? I was told Mike O'hearn n others do a lotta shoots there. Worked out there. Few times. Really cool place very small but have what u need for a good workout.
47 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Denise Rutkowski - Then and Now Pics on: February 19, 2014, 06:09:13 AM
I wish someone who knew her and is in Texas could at least visit her and see what her problem is. She is supposedly in the Tarrant County Jail currently and being transferred to a mental facility. This I can not confirm, but that's the word, again not 100% sure on this part.
just wut she needs. Counseling from a getbigger. But it won't happen. Between lounging on the couch playing playstation and posting on Getbig that we have low self esteem, the world is going to shit because of heme iron, warning people to stay clear of haunted houses and with unemployment on hold on the old rotary dial...who has time to save the mentally ill?

Wrong assumption.
Happiness is all about appreciation, not your circumstances.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irornIAQzQY
yes. Agreed. Many rich r very unhappy.

If u r already a happy person u all prolly be happier richer but if u r not happy to begin with money will not make u happy.
