BOSSIN' UP the man is a straight up BEAST!!!!

A lot of cats out there  these days don't want to carry around 300 lbs almost year round.

Here's a little something that has been bugging me for the longest time, now I'm all for the the class men and women because there are those who don't want to play the size game and/or coming down from a bigger size. But my question is this, why in the men's physique division they are allowed to wear the long surfer shorts effectively hiding their entire leg from the knees up. Now I know it's not the full bodybuilding category but still quads, hams and glutes should still be part of the equation, just wondering, just a thought.
