Bodybuilding's consolation prize....discuss.
A few take drugs to do the Olympia every year, some to play professional sports and make a living. Most, just can't hack it in a gym and rely on drugs to impress other men.
I suggest people take up bowling or another hobby.

The reality on getbig is, many require drugs to do anything in a gym. When they see someone looking better and claims natural or drug free....they are the ones who are melting, not the other way around.
The sad fact about most "hardcore" bbers is, they usually can't achieve jack without drugs.
And on bloating, creating will cause bloating...quite a bit actually. I myself assume someone who is bloated is probably on, but this just isn't the case.
Gyno also occurs in men who don't even lift. If someone has a natural high test production, they'd be more susceptible to gyno...even without drug use.
Not the smartest group on getbig.
Toughen up, most times in life people are just better than you at some things...or most things. Accept it and up your dose like most fools at the gym.

Good...nothing worse than some "better than" clown leaving his chump weight on the machine. Show some respect boy, you're no Ron Coleman.  I don't care much about wiping a machine, unless you're dripping pounds of sweat on the treadmill. Everyone today is a huge pussy about "sweat germs". It's amazing people weren't dropping dead 2 decades back from "shopping cart" diseases..haha. Just saw some lady wiping her cart, before walking around the supermarket. Funny, that same lady had a fuck trophy with her, which means she likes it rawdog no rubber. No germs there. |

Aside from usually more narrow waists, smaller boned, softer skin, bigger asses, wider hips, great sex appeal....I don't see black women as being better really. If you're cool with weaves and greasy food, it works out. Each race has it's positives...white tends to be a little bland for me Asian...lots of pluses, pussy=coinslot, subservient, young looking, never overly fat Spanish...brutally affectionate, sex appeal, horny, too in to breeding, usually crazy, overly emotional White...a little of everything, but usually too emotional Indian...haven't tried any, either Indian actually I can never understand not trying certain races...they all have something to offer. You're always partial to certain traits, but to pigeon hole yourself is strange to me. I got past the blonde swimsuit model look @19...no hips, tits, and so on. I'd probably just throw a finger in a girl's ass like that..just nothing to play with. A great face, never a substitute for...or good teeth. Last, stay away from fake tit types...just terrible...a sign of society's decline. Same for plastic face middle age skanks, clinging to youth like their holding an oily branch dangling off a cliff....let it go bitch.  |

IFBB Pro John Sherman shared thsi news from IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Kris Dim who has suffered a devistating spinal cord injury during a sepereate surgical procedure. Our thoughts go out to Kris as he fights to regain his ability to live the life he once knew.
I want to thank you all for inspiring and supporting me on this mission of walking again. Remember in april 22 of 2012 I went in with a aorta surgery and came out with spinal cord injury. They told me I will never walk again. Couldn't even feel my toes. From the waist down couldn't move or feel anything. Imagine how you would feel. Would you give up or fight. Because I choose to fight now I went from not moving to moving to a lift to walker to now elbow crutch. They gave me .o1 % out of 200, 000 to walk but when you are a believe thats enought. I love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless and please share.
I wonder what would lead anyone in the medical profession to quantify a probability as ".o1 %" out of 200, 000?

yes it is and it is mentally very trying.
let me put something in perspective: this setup is mild. contest prep at the national and pro level is a nightmare, because it is chemical warfare on your own body and you are ultimately faced with the decision of feeling like you are killing yourself or losing which is a major blow to both ego and the body dysmorphia that the steroid abuse ironically exacerbated. sitting in a toilet stall, in the bathroom backstage of a show, with 5+ fully loaded needles mixed with esiclene - which hurts more than any other injection by a mile and various steroids and having to inject your biceps, traps, rear delts, medial delts, upper chest...it isn't fun and sometimes the only thing that makes it a bit easier is nubain, or oxy, etc. thats where it leads for many.
contest prep at the highest levels can get very dark as a result of this...levrone came close to suicide a few times during prep. nasser would sit in his hotel room covered in blood, grinding his teeth while each muscle of his back was hit with esiclene to try to make his weakest body part look better next to his peers. charles glass would help flex put cc's of carrier oils in each head of his biceps with a 1.5'' 18 gauge and inject 4 sites on each delt with esiclene pre contest.
What a honorable sport these athletes warriorsabusers partake in. Go tell the average person what you take to look that way...see how impressed they are...genetics or not. How someone like Branch Warren isn't dead yet, is quite surprising. |

This guy is fun for a few minutes. If he toned down the percentage of things he thinks are set up, he would gain more attention...but he usually speaks on an event, calls it a false flag, then cites past event as his proof, but never really proves much.
Give someone a mic with good compression/eq/limiter...youtube channel, they're an "authority". My favorite is when he plugs his water purifier for @$250, then claims...you never know what the government puts in the water...or some nonsense along those lines. His whole existence is based on selling loony books and random crap on his site. The more conspiracies he has, the more views, the more sales...the end.
I like how he called the false flag on the Colorado shooting, then a shooting happened a month or so later...guess what...another false flag..haha
Like the boy who cried wolf, you can't keep calling bs on every story...it ruins your credibility.

Yep....epic douche.....I was stationed with him back in the early 90s and even then the dude had an anti-social personality. He was refered to as "that short weird guy who is always at the gym". True story.
I thought he was referred to as that nerdy little guy who relied on steroids to do anything at the gym, unlike some of the real men in the platoon who were just naturally strong and larger. |
