Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Training Q&A / Good push exercise for low repetitions

hello, just a preface to this request. Im looking for a suitable push exercise that can be performed in the lower rep range. My workouts are currently a combination of heavy multi compound exercises and body weight exercises - ive forgone using bodybuilding rep range protocols and now just perform more functional exercises.
During my push workouts i perform flat bench (5 x 5) and push press (5 reps also) and then follow up with handstand pressups, ring dips, hindu pressups, dips etc but i would like a 3rd free weight exercise also.
Do you guys have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your suggestions. I remember reading about PHA when i was much younger, i will read up on it again.
I ve found high rep giant sets very taxing, such as barbell rows - deadlifts - barbell shrugs all for 20 reps each in continuous fashion, mentally taxing and that what i would like to do more of. My current routine is a 3 day split push, pull and lower workouts that follow a set format of the first 2 exercises being CNS, functional compounds (high sets, low reps), 2 bodyweight exercises afterwards (chins, dips, handstand pressups) and then lastly 2 bodybuilding type exercises that focus on structural hypertrophy (6 - 8 reps). Its a good routine that develops balanced growth but i'd like to really up the ante once a month when i break off from my standard routine.

Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Training Q&A / Very intense workouts

Can anyone give me some suggestions for some very intense workouts to try. Every 4 weeks or so I break from my normal routine and try to shock my body. Id like the idea of a workout perhaps that placed great cardiovascular demand on my body as well as total body fatigue so one incorporating compund exercises perhaps. Giant sets are good I ve found and I have tried Tabata training also.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Dorian's arms are only lousy to you because he didn't use SEOs in his arms like a lot of bodybuilders Nasser, levrone, flex wheeler lol what do they all have in common Your idea of proportion is based on synthol, esicelene and the bodybuilder's obsession with arm size hahaha or the reducing to his arms to the state they were post injury to biceps tendon nonsense and completely unfounded wheres your evidence? and how you explain superior arm development exhibited by competitors long before dorians reign

both sets are abysmal by pro standards but kamalis are far worse than dorians
considering the position dorian occupied during his bodybuilding career, his arms should have been much better, not just his biceps but also his undersized triceps replete with genetically poor shape.
kamali is dogshit full stop and was never a contender

watching football can be unbearably boring
ardent fans will say the close goals and the excitement and oooo and ahhh of the odd goal makes up for it but in reality it doesn't.
90mins where the ball for the large majority of time is literally passed backwards and forwards is not my idea of entertainment
and another problem with football is the fans. Over here in england teh majority of them are what we call - scum.
Football - gentlemen's game played by thugs
Rugby - thugs game played by gentlemen

its shocking
a recent study is purporting that its down to use of the pill thats casuing women to find younger more boysih men attractive. Apparently during ovulatin they are attracted to masculine men but use of the pill precludes any ovulation hence they no longer are attracted to this type
but to be fair jusup wilkosz could never be considered a sex symbol
whats the other dudes name?

You're such a drama queen . ' insiduous ' ( sic ) give me a break. How exactly is saying Jay wouldn't beat Ronnie anti-Ronnie , please elaborate on this gem , as usual you offer up nothing and just make blanket statements and interesting you think bodyparts means better poses NOT how it works and I said Jay 09 would give Yates a run for his money as well is this some how insidious as well? Is Ronnie anti-Ronnie for admitting he wouldn't beat Dorian? where does your stupidity end? oh please don't speak ill of Ronnie he's a God give me a fucking break lol drama queen always taking things to heart nd hence your impassioned response ronnie anti-ronnie? bwahahahaha thats a new one nd nope i'm afraid in the world of ronnie bashing you stand alone, no one comes close and who ever said bodyparts make poses? i simply made an observation and as usual you didnt read it properly.

He's not even close to Ronnie at his best (98), although I understand the purpose of this thread.
the purpose is to allow the usual anti ronnie posters try and spread their insiduous opinion interesting someone should mention comparing dorian and jay on a bodypart basis, dorian would take back naturally and abs and calves but jay has him on chest, shoulders, arms and quads and hams. cue the pro-dorian faction (you know who you are) to run to his defense.
