Getting sued? I'm pretty sure Debbie can't fucking sue me.  Well, she can try, but because my threads will have ZERO impact on her job or income, she won't be getting a dime from me.

I made a mistake and am apologizing for it.  If I really thought I was gonna get sued I would've shut my mouth along time ago and let a lawyer do my talking for me.

How I feel and owning up to starting careless threads are two completely different things.   

I would like to make a public apology to Debbie Bramwell for starting threads containing FALSE information about her, and for spreading LIES that I carelessly believed to be true. Debbie has produced 100% legit papers proving that the scars she has are EXACTLY what she said they were, scars from a simple procedure to remove some loose skin around her upper thigh / lower butt area, a procedure that in no way whatsoever questions her integrity or ethics as a competitive bodybuilder.

I would also like to apologize to Debbie’s husband, as I’m sure the stress that my FALSE threads put Debbie through was also shared by him.

Lastly, I would indeed like to apologize to all members of the bodybuilding community for carelessly and recklessly starting threads about a competitive bodybuilder that were COMPLETELY UNTRUE.

It’s a hard lesson learned for me, and I guess the old saying proved its merits here…..”believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see.”

At my heaviest, 305 ish, I was repping out 405 for 10 reps.  I guarantee in his prime, Lou could've thrown around 405.   That however does NOT equate to a 560 pound max.   Either way, the dude was huge as fuck and strong as fuck, who gives a shit was his max bench press was.

I had a good time watching the game and hanging out with friends last night.  Reading a book and gathering knowledge about something I will never be able to put to practical use would've been a waste of time for me.

You enjoy reading and educating yourself on topics that will never benefit you in any way shape or form other than giving you the pleasure of being smarter than your next door neighbor and a few people on getbig.  I see that as an incredible waste of time.   

Many people would see your time spent of getbig as an incredible waste, but you clearly don't.   It's all based on the individual.
