Look at that old chick that trains rolly..rolli (sp).
Braught him to the next level...and the dude is fucking hudge....looks awsome..and some old worn old chick did it.
Goes to show you....she may a passion for it and may know her shit and she and rolly may have good training chemestry and she may know how to get the fire under his ass.
More like fire in his ass from her spicy cooking.

you know, heres little background on me. i took a long break from this bbuilding a while ago. before that break, i was some 30lbs heavier than now, fatter,yes, but not really much. so,i just stopped from one day to another, totaly lost motivationj out of the blue sky. stopped training, diet, gear, everything, and did mostly nothing at all but eating like s swine for 3 years. i looked worse by the weeks, obviously, after months even moreso, step by step, but id for long time see the old glory days in the mirror. then , when it didnt look so good anymore in the mirror, i lied to myself "it kinda looks still big,resembles the old days,not bad for not training blabla". then as the fat layer got thick, id subconciously only step before the mirror in pullovers and lie to myself "still looks ok". meanwhile, i grew epic huge bitchtitts, and bodyfat settled somewhere at 20%(everyone seen the pics). then on holydays with ex gf she took a pic from behind me, my back,legs etc.because i asked her to do so, i believed and felt my lats and legs still look somewhat impressive.haha. then when i seen the pics, the v taper of upper body was INVERTED, epic michelin man waist and stick for legs. when i seen that pic, that was the moment i decided to go back to gym. i think cswol is beyond where i was, bc i still looked better than him now. ofc i can bench 170lbs for 20 on a good day  My level of delusion was even greater. I've only looked good once in my life: a few months when I was 16. After that I got fatter and fatter. But as I kept training and getting stronger I kept telling myself I was growing in a good way. Yes, I ended up with 24" arms. Yes, I eventually benched 405 clean. But I was monstrously obese, 310 lbs. Even when it dawned on me I had to lose weightI told myself I was around 30% bf. I truly believed that if I cut to 240 I'd look amazing. Right now I'm at 210 and only now I am (barely) below 30%. Cswole is so deluded it's not funny. He is completely unable to see or appreciate the fact he's AT LEAST 100 lbs overweight. Keeping the weight high (by using absurd ROM) allows him to maintain this delusion. Fortunately for me I never went so full retard that I used AAS to get fatter. So cswol has outdone me there.

I knew this was coming - when he originally claimed this stuff, he said as much (that he doesn't do full reps).

Forget this 220 stuff.
Post a video of you doing a full rep on 405.
After this travesty I'd hesitate to believe he can do 405 properly in ANY exercise.

Don`t understand what gatherer and forager mean?  So far I seem to be the only one in this thread: What kind of carb sources were available? ...
fruits, grains, tubers, and mushrooms, insect larvae and aquatic mollusks

How did you tear your pec if your bench form is so slow and exact?  Tore mine at the second rep of what was supposed to be an easy set of 5. They're like shin splints: damage builds up gradually until it just snaps without warning. And yes, my technique is very strict (frequently competed in PL back then).
