Been running pretty high doses for the last 14-18 months. Usually no lower than 600 test, deca or Npp in there pretty high close to a gram and masteron to control bloat give some extra polish. Well I've stalled out I'm lethargic all the time I'm ready for a good break. I don't want to push doses higher it's a waste of money plus I really don't think I'm going to grow anymore.

I want to cold turkey for a about 4-8 weeks or however long I can make it before really looking like shit.

My weight hasn't even really gone up over this time period it's almost a waste of drugs. I think once I reset I will be able to maintain at a much lower dose.

Only problem I don't want to do it right now half way through summer. Ill stick it out until September and then go forth with my plan.

Anyone else do something like this.come to this conclusion.

So spiro, something like androgen receptor burnout or body adaptation to AAS is possible? Or You have only mental/health reasons to go down with doses?

You always need to drop cals throughout a diet, as you lose weight your caloric need decreases but if you eat the same you'll plateau since you aren't reducing your calories throughout.

But if you start with very low cals it will take a lot of time to hit plateau.

Next thing is that i think fat doesn't need calories.

Btw, OTH; you can experience something like "plateau" in lose fat with low/zero carbs or it's impossible on diet like this?

With high carbs i hitted it every one/two weeks and i needed always drop cals or add cardio.

They are correct retard if you are willing to eat clean all year round you can eat carbs and always be in good shape but since you dont have that discipline you have to go to the extreme and drop crabs.

But i think ( and what i learnt on GetBig  Grin ) it is always better to keep higher proteins, primarily with AAS.

1. High Proteins + Moderate/Low Carbs = 2200 cals
2. Moderate Proteins + High Carbs = 2200 cals

1st option will be better for muscles imo, but i can be wrong of course Smiley

This is why i hit GetBig Board; to learn here a lot.  Roll Eyes

the only thing carbs does is fill out the muscle, nothing more, you do not need to fill out your muscle during ''dieting phase'' you can if you want but the end result is the same whether you do or do not.

In my country people belive in Carbs etc. Some of bullshits which You can hear here;

1. Going under 2000 cals = 100% lose muscle,
2. The best way to cut: moderate protein, high carb, very low fat,
3. Fats are slowing your metabolism which is blocking fat loss,
4. You must go above calories maint for build muscles even with AAS,
5. You only need about ~1g proteins/lb. All above it = stored as fat or glucose,
6. T3 + Clen need a lot of carbs in diet to 100% working,
7. T3 + AAS = muscle loss,
8. CARBS ALWAYS ARE BETTER THAN FATS, FOR 90% PEOPLE.

Of course.

It will be my first time with less than 100g carbs. I always get advices on other BB Boards about that i need go high with Carbs when i want to keep my muscles and build new tissues ( you know something like that you need insulin and cals surplus to gain muscles ).

After consulted with some Guys from GetBig ( OTH, no one etc. ) my diet changed to something like diet:

1. 8oz chicken breast + 1tbsp coconut oil
2. 3 eggs whites, 2 whole eggs, 25g WPC
3. 8oz chicken breast + 0,5oz walnuts
4. 8oz chicken breast + 1tbsp coconut oil
WORKOUT + CARDIO
5. 8oz chicken breast + 1/4 cup of basmati rice
6. 1 cup of free fat cottage cheese + 2tbsp peanut butter

P: ~335g C: ~60g F: ~70g
Cals: ~2200 + veggies ( broccoli, tomatoes, green bean, cucumbers )

Training the same.

AAS changed too:

Test P 30mg ed
Tren A 50mg ed
Winny 50mg ed
T3 75mcg
Clen/ECA 2on 2off

Some simple advices which i got:

1. Keep high proteins intake
2. Max 1 meal with Carbs
3. Keep fats to have energy
4. Do it consistently and you will be shredded as fuck but if u can't be ripped with it; let's go play chess  Grin

I'm with you on that man tren needs carbs otherwise you will be in a terrible mood all day and you will flatten out wayyyy to much. You can pack on the carbs when using tren and still get lean down to 7% but from there gonna take a bit more determination lolm

I also wanted to mention, that I get terrible acne coming off tren does anyone else get this? I don't get it while on, only in the couple weeks when coming off. I HAVE to shower 2-3x a day otherwise i look like I got chickenpox all over my back anntd delts0

But about how many carbs are you saying? Something like 100-150g or amazing amount like even more than 300?

In my country people competitors belive in; low estrogen environment ( low test or use AI ) + less than ~50g fat + very high carb diet ( i mean even 300g+ carbs daily ) = shredded as fuck. You know... something like trenbolone can utilize/burn carbs in amazing way.  Huh

Disgusted or Overload said that only with peptides like GH or Insulin you need carbs. Tren + T3 don't need them, but a lot of people disagree with it.

Ok, I got a lot of PMs that my calories are too high... I thought about it and with help of one member I arrange something like it:

Meal 1
P: 50g C: 50g F: 0g

Meal 2
P: 50g C: 0g F: 15g

Meal 3
P: 50g C: 0g F: 15g

Meal 4 ( Pre Workout )
P: 50g C: 40g F: 0g

Meal 5 ( Whey Shake After Workout )
P: 40g C: 0g F: 0g

Meal 6 ( Post Workout )
P: 50g C: 40g F: 0g

Meal 7
P: 50g C: 0g F: 20g

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 130g
Fats: 50g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

Two days in week ( Legs Day and Back Day Training ):

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 250g
Fats: 0g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

The difference is way over your head, mate.

First off, that will be too many calories to get in shape.

Second, weight loss often is not equal to fat loss.

You, eat too much for what you are and take too much gear for what you are.

You will never look good if you keep lying to yourself.

Cals were only "example", and nothing about me. I mean difference between High Carb/Low Fat Diet and Low Carb/High Fat Diet with this same amount of calories. It can be 1800 cals, 2300 cals, 2800 cals, never mind.

1st = bullshit diet for 90% people here, impossible to cut and be shredded

I don't know how to make this any clearer.

for WEIGHT LOSS, IF you are in a calorie deficit, and IF you are taking in enough protein to maintain or create more tissue then it DOES NOT MATTER where the bulk of the remaining cals come from.

any cals consumed in the deficut will go towards being used for fuel. cals do not get stored in a deficit. they get used for fuel. insulin response and all that other bullshit doesn't matter in a deficit.

why do people need to make this so complicated? this isn't rocket science altho all the studies would have you think so.

that being said a whole other topic that is related but has nothing to do with weight loss is are there calories that are better for you then others esp for performance?

yes. I believe there are. I believe some calories burn better and provide better energy. I think grains are a useless calorie that the body can't absorb or utilise properly due to the bastardizaton of the seed. that's why you are seeing so many people w celiac, gluten intotlerance and IBS. I have come to learn thanks to someone who knows a great deal abt nutrition that low gi fruits like strawberry blueberry ripe banana burn better and are more efficient forms of fuel. for me, I feel they just burn cleaner. I don't know how to explain that but after 20 years of listening and paying attention to my body I'm very aware of everybody little chance and I find low gi fruits and 2 LB of green veg a day really making a substantial improvement not just in my energy levels but my physique as well.

I'm looking fwd to this thread. usually when ideas get kicked around like this there's always something to be learned.


So why diets like high carbs/low fat are hating day in day out even when it is still calories deficit?

Always when i was running Aro/Ari, after 1-2 week i started feel strange "metallic" taste in mouth and i felt very weak but of course a lot of people say that all of us need any AI on 200-250mg+ test.
