Did you actually take the time to look at the date of that article? 1995. It was actually written in 1993-1994 and published in 1995 because Duchaine wanted to talk to me about his diet first.
So thats 13-15 years ago I wrote that.
Trueprotein opened in 2004, four years ago
Hell of a marketing plan there....I waited 10 years?
I had no aspirations of opening Trueprotein anytime before 2003....I was working for a software company.
There wasnt even the internet as we know it back then in 93-95....that article came from an underground newsletter I used to write.
It does seem a little "coincidental" that a protein salesman is advising the ingestion of tons of protein. I'm no fan of dc training and would recommend other programs to anyone looking for quick muscular size. I like 10 Week Size Surge (POF), the old Universal Bodybuilding 12-Week Course. I also have developed my own RedMeat Course based on my research. If anyone wants more info on that, let me know. |

That guy was juicing before prision and being a connected gang member u can obtain a lot of shit in jail. Its people with no family or friends on the outside are fucked. Yeah yards are free weights that are welded together so inmates can not beat each other up as easily and actually some jails there is no gyms. every inmate gets time in the yards except the confined ones.. three meals a day with snacks always consist of a chicken fish mistery steak, oatmeal eggs . poor quality food but meals always there every day same time

They actually work. Guys and girls. If some are better at it they get more than the others They are the reps for that product witch should be Worth something
A know a couple of broads who are also on their feet in heels for hours on end over on Washington Street in Boston. They know how to "work it". And they're "worth something". You can talk 'em down to about thirty bucks once the traffic dies down. |

LOL at people on a bodybuilding message board calling professional fighers "pansies".
Hate to break it to ya'll, but even 155 lbs BJ Penn could beat up any bodybuilder in the world.
I've challenged both lee priest and bob chick to boxing matches and they both evade the issue like a couple of sissies. A well oiled human war machine like myself would cut a swath straight through ANY bloated steroid f*ck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
