Ready for the Getbig Flamethrower...Currently, a complete skinny-fat.. not a single weight training session in 2 months and 1-2 meals a day tops..  .. but will eventually have an 8 week boot camp vacation of Full-Blitz training and dieting... pretty motivated for this upcoming transformation..  I see potentioal here!! |

Yes.....again you are correct sir. However.....we sometimes dont see the future when we are young....when we get older we become wiser.....and if I had to do it again...they would not be there. But not taking anything away from you are correct in youe assesment sir. |

nice leanness, and nice gyno. heres recent video,click  achmed, how big are those arms,im curious and op, wheres your pics?atleast the ppl with pics have proven to have been in shape some while ago. damn, i see better on a day at the lake beach here,and showing more skin. but good effort going there,much apreciate, and made me decide to go to next such convention too  Yes brother...I was not very impressed either.. but it was something to do. Im sorry to all that my camara and picture taking skills suck! But as Gal said.....I did make the effort for you you bitches... |

Steve/ARCE is a the real deal DEVILDOG!!
Musclecenter is a very well respected getbigger.
I have been in the industry for 23 year. Been working out for for 23 years. Did 20 shows....Muscle center most defently posses a body that can be obtained without juice. He has good genetics and has been workingout hard for a looonnngg time. I know both worlds and he is clean and legit.
