The weather today was nice but alot of pollen in the air. I love living in N.W. Portland. I live a few blocks up from the 23rd ave strip but it is just a few blocks down def in walking distance. I see Kornblatt's everyday. I don't eat there much but it is good. They used to have a Roses Deli right around there wich is now the salt and a spoon a huge new hand-made ice cream shop that gets crazy busy. I myself like going to the Blue Moon it is just a Mcmennamins chain,but they have a decent happy hour menu and lots of pool tables plus great beer.I mainly go to Trader Joes and stock up on groceries and just eat at home.  I have lived by PSU and for the last 5 years in N.W. Portland but my roots are in Beaverton. I grew up in beaverton till I started going to PSU. I have spent 16 years living in the city and I love it.

I think all the Bally total fitness clubs are closed here and LA fitness has some bad reviews. Bally was cool because you could go to all the clubs in OR with your membership. The bally Fitness I went to on 2nd and yamhill had NO pool, no baketball court just 2 storys of weights and just about 5 years ago they bought 5 million in brand new equipment. I had been training at ballys on yamhill for 7 years. That bally Total Fitness had the oregon masters champ who won in 2005 working there training members and he was a great guy who gave me thousands of dollars in free tips. his name was felton and he was HUGE. Felton knew all the pros. There were a few other bodybuiklders who trained there that were also hella cool and nice to train with.

I love swimming too and tredding water it always works muscles that are hard to work with just weight training. My best physiques and lifts have always come when I was swimming and tredding water 3 days a week. Seems every club I have gone to has not had a great pool. @4 Hr fitness had a pool that was indoor but it was just to damn small! I love just paying the drop in fee and swimming at the Olympic size pool with diving boards and platforms out at the beaverton rec center but you have to go during Lap swimming hours. and it does add up. they charge 5$ a drop in. But the pool is olympic size and gets treated more frequently,plus they have a 20ft deep end wich is perfect for tredding water.

True. Mayweather has done a great job of picking safe fights. I just do not understand who wants to see these fights and who actually pays 50$ to order them. I would pay if he fought broner or Manny but Mayweather always takes some easy fight. The closest guy who got close to beating him on the judges score card was De La Hoya, and De La Hoya is shit-IMO. Adrien broner on the other hand is super fast and he has that safe stance where he rolls that left shoulder.That stance works well for myself as well. I live in the NW just a few block above the NW 23rd ave strip is. Very close to the city. In fact I can see the whole city through my corner windows even Mt .Hood and Mt. st.Helens in WA. I was working out at bally Total Fitness down on 2nd and yamhill but they closed down and forwarded everybody to a LA Fitness in NW portland kind of in the industrial area its on 13th and NW johnson it wraps around the corner so it is on 2 blocks it is right by the safeway on 13th and lovejoy . I also workout at the 24 hour fitness on 5th ave downtown every once in awhile. I really do not care for this new LA Fitness. The old bally Fitness on 2nd and yamhill downtown was home. I am pretty familiar with West linn. I had a cousin who lived in west linn. Now he lives in OC(oregon city) right off barclay st. kind of by this burger joint mikes drive-in.

confusing! It is like your listing your cycle backwards. I would not use a tren mix. just buy whatever is in the tren mix and use it in a seperate shot. I don't trust tren mixes. I would not use the prop off the bat. inject the sustanon daily as well. if you want something to jumpstart the cycle use a shot of est suspension pre-workout. aalso use dbol and anadrol together. that is a hot combo these days.

Why is Robert getting this mayweather fight? I take it the Manny pacquio  fight will never happen and at this point it is not nearly the fight it would of been 3-4 years ago. I think the guy who has the best shot of beating Mayweather is Adrien broner but Adrien and Floyd are good friends, plus Adrien needs at least 2 more years of experience. Adrien could go into a fight with Mayweather now and possibly pull a upsett but I still think mayweather has to many tricks and fighting tactics adrien has not learned yet, plus both have the same fighting style. 2 years down the road I would def say broner would have the skills by then to beat mayweather. Geez! way to young to die! Well he did live a good life. sometimes it is not bad to die young as long as you have lived a good life. The guy had it good for awhile traveling,making alot of money, getting alot of women, driving luxury cars,living large what else do you want from life? He crammed a full life-time of good times in those 34 years. Getting old is just not for some people. he is a statue of muscle, and another guy who started very young and has stayed with the sport on a pretty consistent basis and still looks good. Flex has some insane forearms. He reminds me a bit of lee priest.

I have followed steve since he was 18 years old and I have to say he does not look very healthy! He lost his looks! I am not gay but this guy used to be way better looking physique wise and in the face.He looks dramatically aged and his face is pretty obese looking even for off-season. He looked great when he was younger,even when he turned pro he looked good. Now he is swollen in the face and has acne scars everywhere. I hope he dials it in though, he has worked hard for years. looking fuggly though!

I was born in portland. It has been somewhat nice but alot of allergens in the air lately. I live in NW portland. Like I said most of the time you know it rains here. There are alot of depressed people in Portland,OR all it does is rain. We don't get any snow during the winter(very little if any in the city) You have to go to Mt. Hood if you want to see snow. I love the state but I do hate the weather pattern but I am a local and was born here I will never leave. I do wish we had more sun though. Lately the weather has been nice still a little to cold to go without a shirt and alot of pollen in the air. You live in the city? or the outskirts?

Yes everyday tanning is extreme but EOD is OK and it did help my acne.Of course natural sunlight is the best option but I am from OR and we just got rain all year

It can sound vain and girlish but tanning does help acne. But you have to tan almost daily! or at least EOD. Tetracycline might help but in my case it did little. But that is what a dr. will prescribe for acne. I am really vain. I cannot even handle a little acne without it pissing me off. I have no shame in saying I tan and I even get body hair waxed off. That's just me.

Superdrol will def throw your appetite off. Overload is right take something more mild like Tbol or var and you will eat big! Tbol really gave me a appetite. maybe I was just training harder but it def did not mess with my appetite. Superdrol,M1T,drol, oral Tren all of these will ruin your appetite. It could be the acid reflux but a big thing is the toxicity of the orals. I know people like me who can run anadrol and feel great and get no sides except major muscle gains and then some guys get super sick after 2 days. same with superdrol some guys can't handle it. M1T is probably the worst side effect wise but if you are one of those guys who's bodys can handle these harsh drugs they really work well! Real well!Superdrol will get you jacked if it is high quality. If you get too many side effects from these orals don't use them,find something milder. The worst is being on cycle and not being able to train because you get sick right away or you get a painfull vial that gives you a knot and the flu. No shame is running mild cycles. Mild cycles will not throw your training off. The main thing is working out at least 5 days a week. some guys get on a heavy cycle and get sick or get a bad shot and they cabn barely get in the gym and the gear goes to waste. no your limitations.

Well GHB used to be sold over the counter at health food stores along time ago but then sleazballs used it as a date rape drug. Aklot of bodybuilders used GHB but I believe it was just to counter the side effects of trenbolone and the horrible insomnia some hectic steroid cycles can bring on mainly ones where tren is abused. I never heard much GHB helped HGH uptake either. There was a max muscle store who was selling GHB  under the counter and one of their best customers was a cop. But the owner knew the guy was a cop and they were friends. Somebody tipped off the police about the max muscle selling the GHB under the table amd this cop gave the store a heads up as soon as he heard about it(literally the cops were on the way to the store) but they got the GHb out of the store before the cops hit them due to the police officer/customers tip.

GHB/Nubain used to go hand in hand with pro bodybuilding,still does at a low level. Nowadays it is all valium and other benzos and opiate painkillers. I don't want to give all bodybuilders a bad name , some bodybuilders live very clean drug free lives at least the smart ones do. But it is true tren can give you insomnia, or just using heavy amounts of other steroids can cause insomnia.. I heard tales of Ronnie Coleman being up all night. Some of these pros do not sleep much as they should and some drug and are able to take naps and sleep alot. Sleep is important but if you use drugs to get sleep you are paying a  HUGE price. watch out for that oxycodone helping HGH work better theory I think it's all bullshit. It's a good excuse to use oxycodone

The new oxycontin formula that came out in 2010 can not be abused but I think they still send the old formula to canada. when the old abusable oxycontin was available they would sell for up to 60$ a tab. when the formula was changed and guys who hoarded the old formula guys would get 100$ for just one 80mg green tab. There are no generics when it comes to oxycontin. It is the oxycodone 30mg (IR's) <instant release> tablets that everybody buys those are abusable and people can still crush and snort,smoke and shoot them. Those 30mg oxycodone instant release tabs go for 20$ all day. There is some weird theory it helps HGH work better if you take a small amount in the morning. You would be surprised to the guys who vouch for this method! It surprised me when I heard about it. I get 200 of the 30mg oxycodone (instant release) same as oxycontin without the time release. guys messing with oxys are using these. My 200 tab script is worth 4,000$ and I pay 84$ a month for them but I have some serious back issues after I got hit by a drunk driver! fractured T12 and alot of herniated discs they diagnosed it degenerative disc disease and I need them! People who sell these and abuse them piss me off! It gives them a bad name and that is why a script is almost impossible to get!  I have NOT noticed them make my HGH work better like some of these pro's claim even top posters here claim.

well not if you have a valid prescription. Very few amateurs and pros have a valid script it is all blackmarket in most cases. Alot of bodybuilders are hooked on benzos when they start there tren and alot have switched to oxycodone instead of nubain. alot of athletes both pro and amateur have actually started getting hooked on oxycodone and benzos. Very popular these days

very true. they have a synergistic effect. I actually just use HGH/no insulin but it is human grade HGH. Some times I feel I am wasting the HGH but the HGH does work solo just not as well as if you got the synergistic effect HGH/insulin provides
