Why do people wrench their heads over to either side of their neck while doing leg extensions? Is it helping them with the contraction? Mind-Muscle stimulation and connection? Do a little head wrench during a set of incline press or barbell curls.. why not?

I was watching that 'How the Lotto Changed my Life' show on TLC...  Father and son winners, they went to a Pawn Shop and spent like 5 to 10 grand (can't remember).  They purchased swords and all kinds of dumb shit.

I recently saw on the news that the son or dad is in jail and their both completely broke.  


The lottery is for hillbillies, the odds of winning are too far out and if you do win it's probably not satisfying considering you didn't actually earn the money.

is like 2-5 days, not the often quoted 10.5 days.
Don't know where that came from. According to one
textbook enanthate increases plasma T faster than prop.

this reminds me of this old black man, who showed how to use a rolled up newspaper, or a suitcase. He also held seminars and showed how to take guns from attackers.
He had no hair on the top of his head, but a lot on the sides. He looked like Mr. Stinkmeaner from the Boondocks. I can't find his vids on YouTube anymore.

Its a funny video from all accounts but it was not really funny at the time.  I had never worked in fast food and basically this is the only actual training I got along with other "annoying videos". 

So basically I learned how to work at Wendy's and in fast food from some shitty ass music videos.  I really did earn my 4.25/hr that day....  

My upper arms never more than 17 inches in my life.
