here's what my food looked like today:
2 scoops whey + 2 cups almond milk
500 ml coffee + cream and stevia
250g rice, 450g chicken, 2 heads of broccoli, seasoning
2 tbsp peanut butter
by comparison, yes, the diet you posted is overly complicated and disgusting. six meals of too-many ingredients that don't go together.
hahaha! It all ends up as one big girthy turd when its all said and done LOL!
