I cant believe someone with so much Bible knowledge went out and set himself up like that calling out a date and time.
I guess thats a recovery statement he has to make..I just hope he doesnt come out with any other dates...

they are scumbags..when I competed in nga for 4 years, and that was 10yrs ago i heard all the song and dance "I have been clean for a year" or "I only did one cycle" blah blah..and at the time I was 100% natural and just getting discouraged competing against cheating douchebags. Not all of them are like that, but obviously the winners are...just sayin

I have gone back on lmy low calorie high protein diet and I am looking to do something different for supplementation. I was on ultimate whey for a long time and nothing else. The only other thing I would take would be mulitvitamin and glutamine. Should I do the same if I am looking to get lean again? Or is there any better option for protein on such a diet?

So, due to stressfull work, and not enough time to do the schedule I usually do Im in need of some new ideas..my goal is to focus on fat burning and cardio, but still get in my training but my current workout program is spread out I think too much-
Quads/Calves Chest Back Shoulders Bis/Tris
I would sprinkle in there abs and 20-40 min cardio when I could. Now im wondering if I should condense the training to 3 days and just go in for some cardio and abs on the other days?
