from what ive gathered.. yes.  maybe not completely intentionally. but the peptides he sold were complete bunk or close to it.  most likely more of an issue with his source and his sources shipping method.  getting good peptides into the states in bulk is very costly and you need to be very well connected. either he wasnt connected or didnt have the cash, either way he didnt sell good stuff.
