I have been around for a while. The things I can think of are the 'snitch' thing (which everyone brings up but no one EVER brings proof of - at least not that I know of), the whole Lee Priest thing (here again we have a guy who is known to lie his ass off), the web cam stuff (which she admits to), and the Will Grant thing (which, to my understanding, they never met). Do you know anyone that was with her? Multiple people? Just trying to get a better understanding. I am not implying she is a saint, but are any of us (except 3333336699999)? Before you think anything...I have chewed her out for shit she has done on here...

Personally his choice agents or his steroid regimen was horrible, no equipoise, no anavar, no halotestin, no anadrol, no test suspension, no propionate......if he would replace the synthol with a cocktail of sostenon, test suspension, winstrol, and equipoise he would look 100 times better

Mid life crisis at 25yo? Interesting. Also, the CF crowd is so far less douchey than bodybuilding and fitness. I have blocked my share of the fitness/bodybuilding bitches for posting their meals on their contest prep, the constant uplifting and positive message for the day. Then you have the guys and the posts of how hardcore they are. The constant variations of "Go heavy or go home"...the "light weight"...all that shit. The innundation of contest prep photos taken in just the right light so they can kind of make out the abs from being a fat fuck for the last 10 mos. I was a bodybuilder for 25 years, I have yet to see the douche-ism of bodybuilding get matched. Show me ONE CFer that attributes adding 50lbs to their C&J, snatch, dead, bench, etc to the predigested, tripled filtered, super mega ionized, reverse micronized whey protein they take within 14.3792493mins ending their workout. Donny : yes, some of the shit CFers do is stupid. It is retarded. It makes no sense. They do want the attention. I ask though, how does that differ from bodybuilding? Do you think someone pumping 2000mg of UG gear per week is safe? I really do look at CF and WSM as very similar. Competitive exercise. CF is more for us twinks

OLDDTIMER / NJFLEX. I disagree with your statment thatt " bodybiilding is dead"! In fact bodybuilding and the NPC sanctioning orgaization is growing faster and larger than it ever has since it originated. It's not uncommon now-a-days to have 300 NPC male and female competitors competing in a single NPC sanctioned event.Even the non-sanctioned contests promoted by Joe Wheatly at Venice Beach three times each year manages to attract over 200 individuals attempting to go home with an award of any kind. And you would be hard pressed to find a decent seat at most of these contests. Bodybuilding events may be CHANGING due to expansion by way of more divisioms .. but they sure as hell ain't die-ing! I'm not sure about this but if there is any funeral to be held in the future ... it just might be for the demise of professional bodybuilding AS WE KNOW IT TODAY. But that CHANGE will only make it more popular and acceptable by everyone .... including the contestants. Could it possibly be that Men's Physique has its foot in the door-way bearing modifications that might appease the masses?  Think of it this way, if you have 100 events in a year, competitors will be spread out among those shows. Drop the number of shows by half, taking in account the number of competitors who don't want to compete anymore/won't travel/etc, you can easily see why some of these shows have such huge numbers. In as far as professional bodybuilding and "as we know it today", what's going to change? Guys will still pump as much shit into their bodies as they can. Trying to get to that magical "300lbs and sub 5%" bullshit. When these guys stop 'competing' they look like shit for the most part. Is it because they are so burnt out from the years of training? HARDLY. The OCD dieting and constant load the body took from years and years of drugs. The harsh reality is that most of the 'pros' are nothing without their size. They hang on to that glory longer than other sports/activities.

Olympic Just worked on snatch for 30 -40 mins. No higher than 115#
Strength
Conditioning 3 Rounds for time:
Row 500m 20 Burpees (with the 6" jump) 10 T2B
Time : 15:38
Comments - Taped a number of my snatches. I found I can't be as wide as a lot of coaching says because it puts me over the bar. Also, I need to make sure I transition from the hook grip to the full grip with the bar turn over. Another thing that I need to do is make sure I bring my shoulders and traps higher with the arch on the back for the second pull. I was a little spent after all of this. Over all energy spent, not the muscular fatigue I would normally feel.
Notes - When you see a x(y + z) that means you will do a total of 'x' reps that are made up of y + z. Y & Z refer to the first and second exercise. Ex: 3(1+1) will mean the set will be 3 reps, and each rep is made up of 1 rep of both exercises - When you see a x+y only, that means do x reps of first exercise, then do y reps of second exercise. EX: 3+1 will mean that the set will be 3 reps of first exercise, then immediately do 1 rep of second exercise. - AMRAP = means either As Many Rounds As Possible (when listed with a time), or As Many Reps As Possible (when listed with a number) - EMOM = Every minute on the minute. Look at number of sets and thats how many minutes the timer is set for. - K2E = knees to elbows crunch - C2B = chest to bar with a pullup - UB = unbroken; once you stop the set is 'broken' - SDHP = Sumo deadlift high pull - GHR = Glute-Ham Raise - ME = Maximum effort

Comments - I am getting better at the handstand walking. Remembering all the stuff from gymnastics. - Olympic took a lot more out of me. I started second guessing all the pulling. Shitty form started creeping in because of it. - The conditioning was brutal because it was the hanging clean. Would have preferred the full clean. Oh, and the pullups damn near tore the shit out of my hands.

Conditioning 15 x 50m Swim
Comments - Just an easy pace for every 50m. Extended arms, dropped head onto shoulders, turned whole body for breath. Wasn't out of breath after each 50m. I took about 30 - 60sec between each 50.
