A diet of vegetables, fruit, some wholegrains and oats and a bit of fish has killed any urges of junk food for me.
My energy has also been constantly high.
I find it harder to get full from vegetables and fruit, it requires many meals. While pastries (anything with gluten), pizza and beans provide more fullness, and also potatoes for some reason. |

No, so let me guess. Monstanto is evil and all GMO's are deadly poisons going to give us cancer, high blood pressure, ADHD, ADD, liver damage, makes us sterile, make us obese, and many others? No I don't buy into that.
Even if you think GMO is great. How do you like Monsanto's way of conducting business? Trying to outlaw manufacturers right to put "non GMO" labels on their products. Trying to sue whole countries in Europe who have democratically outlawed GMO because it has been proven to carry health risks and still have risks/effects that have yet to be fully understood. EU has a complete ban on GMO, do you really think that is without valid reason? |

Only Spurs players I want to lose, I don't even dislike Lebron James or most of his team . Spurs gazing righteous giant Tim, traveling circus clown Genobbli, angry smiling bobble head Parker. And that full range motion three point shooter that knows nothing else. I respect them, but no wonder NBA viewer ship is down.

LOLOLOLOLOL!!!! You don't believe what you just wrote. Duncan is the best Power Forward of all time and Coach Pop is one of the best Coaches of all time. And he's doing it in a small market!
Is it perhaps just the other side of the same coin? I think Parker is boring and Genobbli is funny, and Duncan went to the locker room and his team turned it around, and he came back and sucked. Oh, they think they know what their doing? It's the coach I tell you. He could put any NBA players in there. |

Tim Duncan is overrated. Spurs has no stars because it doesn't need it. Spurs is run buy a military commander and that makes the team work like a machine, with no spirit or soul, nobody have fun on Spurs team. Duncan, I wouldn't say suck, but there are many players better than him.

Actually, I think he was being very honest. Dude says he eats Cocoa Pebbles, and a pint of Ben&Jerry's every night. Thats not a plug for his company.
I love it when he says: "Dinner is my time. I still am health conscious, but wherever I go, I eat whatever I want" Lol.
Only 10% huh? With that diet?
About that ice cream he said this is not for everyone. Don't do that. But the snack contain protein powder, all good..... |

It's all bullshit. He knows exactly what he is doing with whole foods and he is probably a lot more serious about it. He probably recent putting that powder in his body.
This is just part of the job, a paid commercial.
This is how they make money peddling flavored industrial leftovers to to people with near zero discernment.
He probably eat nothing of what he cooked up,l just putting ideas into the head of eager customers. Yogurt with protein powers has to be disgusting.
