although ronnies arms were great at the olympia, his condition looks better now for sure. in the pic above he looks excellent and should make for a great rematch, hopefully jay will come in even better as well

So true, check out on one of his training vids which you can illegally download on a torrent site ( can't remember which one as I deleted it ). When he is doing preacher curls his biceps look totally unnatural, like big misshapen lumps which don't even appear to contract.
