 Personally i've done the red wine and creatine thing before hitt'n the stage (worked okay) just wondering if there's any supps that you guys have tried, like NO boosters- Superpump or try to get an instant carb rush from something like Virtago, any insight would be appreciated

 Trust/Believe, player...50-100mg of Viagra and suck the gas out of a bottle of 'Kool Whip'. It's pure No2. It may make you giggle like 'Steve Martin' in Little Shop of Horrors but it works.

 Forget the vitargo...you have to dillute it with water, right? you don't want the extra fluids.

what i have done is take a water bottle with about 1-2 ounces of water...then i mix in a few spoons of salt,  a few spoons of simple sugars, 50mgs of viagra...take that down backstage while pumping up...works great.

 Definately gonna be at the classic again this year, have my ticket to the finals already just wish i knew the competitor list    About the viagra thing, i've never used it, it's not gonna make anything excited so to speak, that would suck on stage

no the viagra only does that when there is sexual stimulation.

No...thats a silly misconception. You have to get sexually aroused to get a woodrow. Taking a viagra cause vasodialation...viagra does everything what shitty NO2 supps are attempting to do.

  Can you get any? Do you have access to them?

yes a diuretic would have no impact pm how the viagra works...take the v about 20-30 minutes before you go on stage.

but be careful with the diuretic espicially if you dont have much experience with them...they can really help you dry out but they can also backfire on you and have you looking flat as a pancake and cramping on stage.

what diuretic will you be using and how will you take them?

 Don't have the diuretic yet, gonna be gett'n it from a friend of mine at the gym, she's a semi pro and that's what she uses. As for taking it, i'm gonna take small amounts like half a tab at a time and keep watchin how i look...
