Gotta agree with Jr. Yates. There are way too many factors here. Last show I did I started at 270 thinking I'd be going on at 235. After dieting down and dropping the water I ended up just under 220. BF% is the key. I've known guys close to 350 whose lean weight was only 200 lbs. How you diet, how much cardio you do, what you're taking, and many other factors all come into play. Best advice is to just diet down with a BF% goal -- not a weight goal. No matter what you weigh when you get there, there'll be a weight class for you.
