You weren't suppose to find this!  This is one of Milos' secret leg training sessions. The jumping, bunny style squats really add density to the quads and calves.  They also provide great cardio and are fun to do.  I would not share this information with any one else since Milos has patented these "bunny squats" and will sue you where you stand!

Oh I know whats going on...Everyone was asking what does Shawn Ray look like in person..and Milos said that he looks like a Rat...and then jumps to illustrate what he does for the cops, when Shawn replies "How high?"

I think they are getting ready to go see Weider about renewing their contracts.  He always likes to see how high he can make his "boys" jump.  Milos is just there to watch.
