damn extreme tanning could lead to skin caner.i was watching this news about some miss USA pageant tanned alot and it resulted in skin cancer.damn these pro bodybuilders tan alot.is tanning that dangerous?

Good question. It IS dangerous, especially tanning booths or prolonged exposure. Better to keep exposure down to 1/2 hour or so, which is still sufficient to create and maintain a nice tan. Over that tan in a bottle can be used if needed.

I tan 30 min everyday. Its relaxing and keeps the definition showing. Wanna look more cut? Get a tan! and that fuckin picture is hideous.

I don't tan and have visible cuts all over. More striations on the quads than tom platz!
