wow thats pretty much 97 percent of my gym, however this is great becaus ei can do almost all of my workouts in the squat rack, squats, deads, clings, shrugs, upright rows, bb curls, t bar rows, lunges, bb rows, and even chins if i get the one with the chin up bar. makes some days go by very fast

No kidding.

There's this guy at my gym, who I call "arm man". I always see him training arms. He's got good size to 'em too. But his fucking legs are sticks.


Like 2-3 weeks ago, I saw him actually try to train legs. While doing partials with 135lbs, he began to struggle at about the 6th rep. So he stops. Takes a few minutes, then adds a quarter per side.  ::) So now he tries partials with 185lbs, and gets buried by the second partial rep.


Fucking pathetic.  He's funny looking too. He looks like Rico Suave, with his wavy 80's mullet. I swear, straight out of a winger video. I wonder if he drives a Camaro?

LOL what a loser! I seriously wonder just how guys like "arm man" judge a pitiful set like that. I swear I'd be so ashamed of myself if I couldn't will myself to do any set to failure. I think I take that thought to the extreme, however. Often I reflect on my set and question whether or not one set stood between me and the point of absolute failure.

There's a lot of characters in my gym also! There's this one aging black guy with a gray afro wearing a huge Old Navy sweater, black spandex and big black boots who pretty much uses his membership to socialize and make a fool of himself.  He'll do something like load up the universal row machine with 4 plates a side and then with all of his might and while cheating as much as he can he does the worst 1 inch partial reps. And he does them at a ridiculous speed. And then he looks around to see who's watching him in shock, instead he sees me laughing my ass!
