In general, I believe most people makes bodyfat claims that are too low.

With that being said, TA is far off with his estimate of Mason and several others. Claiming that Mason has a bodyfat percentage of 40%...

So I'm not gonna argue that. That's his opinion, and I'm not gonna waste any time argue with someone who believes Mason is at 40 % bodyfat. It's just too far off any reality.

I know that self delusion with regard to bodyfat is entirely all too easy...I used to weigh in at around 285-295 pounds at my biggest ...I'm 6'4...no abs but a fairly good all over body shape. I thought my bodyfat was probably around the high teen mark - maybe 20/21% at most and then i got tested using calipers and impedence (sp?)...came in at almost 30%
now judging on how i look and the fact that I have not trained in almost a year...
i must be pushing 40% cause Ive easily lost more than 10-15% of my muscle mass
