and totally unnecessary, these guys on here make me laugh, they're 195-200lbs. and they need 500 grams of protein, a whole canister of dry oats, 20 grams of creatine, 50 grams of Glutamine, etc.all to rebuild the massive damage from their 10 set chest workout

and the funny thing is that they look exactly the same as if they would eat normally and use 3-5 grams of creatine.
