He has never won Mr.Japan. Hides success must inspirate many japanese BBer to be positive.Because he is not known for his genetic. There are many better genetic guys there. But, they have poor mentality and negativity. And they are not possitive like Hide.
Yep the same PDI that pays more in prize money than 80% of all IFBB shows (IFBB is 40+ years old too) and actually pays for flights and hotels for the competitors. Must be great being an IFBB pro
Definitely Wong Hong has a better physique. More balanced and symmetrical one than Hide. However, Wong needs to put on some more mass in order to do some serious damage in the IFBB pro scene. Give him some time and i think he will realize his full potential as a pro bbder!!
Wong lives very close by to me.Spoke to him recently and he currently weighs about 255lbs.He plans to get up to about 260-265lbs by the end of the year then start contest prep...targetting the Australian GP sometime March i think. He's been out of competition for a couple of years coz of business. He just set up his own fitness centre.
Hard trainer, loves the sport but..short, stumpy men with small frames and no outstanding body parts do not win pro shows, let alone the O..
I dunno if anyone has taken notice or not but under the guidance of renowned contest prep guru Milos Sarcev, new IFBB Pro Hidetada Yamagishi has made enormous strides in his development, placing 6th and 4th respectively at the past 2 European GPs behind Jay and Ronnie. That is simply amazing, considering he couldn't even place at the Ironman at the start of the year! Also, Hide competed at a paltry 165-176 lbs shredded during his amateur career; since then he has packed on over 50 lbs of lean muscle mass! That is staggering in and of itself, especially since Hide is an Asian BBer with a naturally small frame and ectomorphic body type. Now just how long will it take for this phenomenal new Oriental talent to rise to the top of the BB world and take his very 1st Olympia crown like Jay did? How far do you see him rising in the Pro ranks under the tutelage of IFBB legend Milos?
Good point, PECS! Well, i think why Kris was not mentioned here is mainly becuase he is Asian American. He lives in USA almost all his life and get to train in the best gyms and use the best "juice " in the world.I do not know if he is guided by the gurus like many toher pros do!!!
I think Japanese people looks friendly. They're short, and kinda... likeable.I'd like to have a Jap friend.YIPZack
ive always thought japanese loooked angry and mean...always wanted to beat them up. chinese people are shorter rounder and nicer. ahaha.,
