In the gym today, I was walking towards the treadies to get some indoor mileage in.
Noticed about 4 treadies down a guy power walking on the treadie while doing 25lb alternate dumbell curls in sync.
This is not a joke! This guy was for real with his sh*t like he was on to the latest trend or something. WTF is going on in america's gyms of today? Why are people inventing their own sh*t on the fly?
What will we have next, stiff legged deadlifts on the elliptical trainer?
I'm sorry, I just had to get that out.
