I was refering to the 20 rep squat program where you do 1 set of 20 reps (after warm up) You are suposed to use a weight that you can barely get 10 with,and make yourself get 20...no matter how long it takes. You can rest in between reps as long as you need,but you can't rack the weight. It is absolute murder.
