GIFT IDEA?

I have a friend who is a trainer and she also competes in Master Figure Contest's. She is preparing for a show and I wanted to surprise her at the gym with a good luck gift before she competes. Would 3 dozen roses delieverd to the gym for her be a good surprise and good luck gesture? Or should I get her a gift certificate or something to Nordstrom's or some cool place she could shop. She basically lives in the gym. She trains 10 people a day. Please some advice from the ladies?

A nice massage, manicure and some pampering before the show might go a little further than flowers....
Just an idea....but I think the ladies would probably give better ideas.

I agree with Rick. Any sort of "spa" treatment would be a great idea. After all the hard work and self abuse of dieting/training/lack of rest before a show, a relaxing spa treatment would probably be appreciated. Flowers are nice but this (spa treatment) would make it more about her. But then again some people don't like the spa. Just a thought.
I'm sure she'll like what ever you do for her. After all, it is the thought that counts.

I agree w/Rick and bigmissy but you can also give her flowers after her show is over :)

Getting a massage before competition is something I really love to do.  The flowers are a lovely idea though.
