I am newbie following a suggested first cycle of 500 per week of sustanon broke up into two injections mondays and thursdays. I am now on my third week but have been experienceing mild to medium headache, itchy skin and ocassionaly dizzyness. now this all might be in my head but what i was wondering is if anyone else has experienced this and is it normal.

The headache and dizzyness sounds like hypertension from possible water retention...

Not sure about the itchy skin.

What type of Sustanon is it and where did you get it from?

I CHECKED MY BLOOD PRESSURE LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS AROUND 132 / 80 I AM 27YRS OLD
DOES THAT SOUND RIGHT??? i HAVE BEEN DRINKING APPROX 1.5 GALLONS OF WATER A DAY. IT IS SUSTANON 250 I DONT HAVE THE BOTTLE WITH ME BUT IT IS ALL SEPERATE AMP BOTTLES AND THE MAKERS STATRS WITH AN "O". I GOT IT FROM A GOOD FRIEND THAT IS TAKING THE SAME STUFF.

The blood pressure is fine, that's not the issue.....

Get one of the Sustanon amps and find out where it's from...

Better yet, post some pics of it so I can see it.

I have no idea about the itchy skin unless you've got an allergy to the sesame oil they use in the suspension.
