Who cares what you could do with 'em, s'long as passersby imagine what you must be planning to do with 'em.

If I saw someone holding them as I was passing by, I wouldn't have to imagine what they were gona do with them because I alsredy KNOW what they are about to do with them....Drop them.

What is the easiest way to deadlift? with your hands at your side like Victor is holding them.

Its true that it would be a low lift as the db's are not going to be high as a regular bar loaded with 20kgs/45lbs but at best we're talking a relative deadlift of a little over 500 IF the benefit of the way you are holding them doesn't outweigh a slightly lower starting point.

When people are talking about doing nigh on 1000lbs for a deadlift in another thread I think its safe to say this isn't really that amazing.  Plenty of naturals can deadlift 500.

And all this conjecture is assuming he actually deadlifted them from the ground.

I am getting really disapointed with some bbers. A photo with a dumbell lift??? 500 lbs... That is ridiculous... I would like to see this guy deadlifting at least 700 lbs! He has the body, let me see if he has the strength... Like I said before, I don't like bbers that don't go heavy in their routines. See Columbo doing heavy lift! Few bbers have real strength!!!
