A friend just alerted me to this site which is enormously helpful.  I thought I would pass it on to the rest of you because it's so difficult to track nutritional information when eating out.

Another really good one is www.calorieking.com, you can search for any restaurant or even any food item at any restaurant.  I use it before I go anywhere!

Though if you like a really good, juicy cheeseburger from any major restaurant, you're better off just not looking...
