Grunting in the Gym

I remember someone posting about being kick out for grunting in the gym, found this total riduculous article that just came out. How absurd to make a rule of no grunting, what is this beauty school, no wonder that new survey that just came out suggest mens testosterone has gone down in the last twenty years!!

old news but worth posting again. Write to Planet Fitness, Wappingers Falls www.planetfitness.com and tell them their policy sucks and the manager was out of line. Tell them that radical feminism doesn't belong in the gym and this policy is out and out male bashing.

I never heard of such a moronic rule. I pisses me off how these little mickey mouse gyms operate. What is next? No sweating allowed? My advice to anyone who is serious about their training is to join a good hardcore gym like Gold's, Powerhouse, World, Popeye's, etc and avoid this fitness/curves/bally's type of places.

Ya I thought it was kinda funny... the gym I go to we can curse it up, chalk it up, grunt it up, and blast the stereo up all day long
