James has also moved to california from Wales to work under the watchful eye of Milos. It will be interesting to see how he develops. As already mentioned his legs are superb. The magazines are also starting to catch on with him. Future looks pretty good.

He's just offseason guys, last competition was Santa Susanna, he got an ok placing. My friend went to his proteinfactory store (proteinfabrikken here in norway) and he had a huge meal og rice and tuna  . He'll be back, don't know if he should though.

Tommy doesn't look healthy, thats for sure.
