I am 29 years old and I am considering doing a cycle or 2  this is only for myself not competing.  I am 6.2 242 lbs close to 25%bf currently. I will be bumping up my cardio after Christmas but right now I'm building mass. What would you recommend for me.  I do not want to say that money is no object but i don't want to spend a tonne on juice. What should I take that is relatively safe. I'm not looking for long term side effects.  I have been in the gym for awhile and I have cycled before but I do believe I'm forgotten more than I know now.  Please help only constructive posts please

week
1-10 : test 500mg/week
12-16 : nolva 40mg/day

is basically the official 'newbie' cycle from everything that I have read.  Ive also seen a good bit of them add 250mg/week of deca for weeks 1-10 to that cycle as well

Questions, what kind of cycles have you run in the past? Also, you said that you forgot what you knew about AAS in the past ??? How is that? Are you implying that you really never knew what you were doing in the first place?

I didnt think it was wise to drop bodyfat while bulking. Im sure itll happen due to my diet but i will not be putting in any extra effort till after christmas.  When I did my cycles I was in highschool/college and it was alot of d bols and sust. I was taking 2 cc per week/or every 4 days but I cant remember the exact dosage.  Im a little older and wiser now . Thats why i asked to learn froom thsoe of you who know  thanks

Sounds like you are already sufficiently Bulked.  Start the diet now, waiting for x-mas is just an excuse to stay fat.  I really see no reason to juice if someone is that fat, why?  I would think since physique quality is not that important, it must be for strength, would also think at that body weight and with a good training program you could be plenty strong naturally.

You are are already sufficiently bulked up.

No need to worry about bulking as much as just choosing a good stack for your goals.

Training will determine whether you are going for size or strength.

Stick with more anabolic compounds in place of the heavily androgenic.

You want to lose fat, not gain it during the cycle.
