Sounds like you are already sufficiently Bulked. Start the diet now, waiting for x-mas is just an excuse to stay fat. I really see no reason to juice if someone is that fat, why? I would think since physique quality is not that important, it must be for strength, would also think at that body weight and with a good training program you could be plenty strong naturally.

No need to worry about bulking as much as just choosing a good stack for your goals.
Training will determine whether you are going for size or strength.
Stick with more anabolic compounds in place of the heavily androgenic.
You want to lose fat, not gain it during the cycle.
