mission impossible

I on a 2 year mission, I'd like to reach 215lbs.  Ive been unsuccessful.  Ive taken every supplement and done get about every diet.  Nothing has worked,  any advice for me.  Ive been eatting 4,000 cals a day,360 grams of protein and 426 grams of carbs, and if lost four pounds so far..any help please

You need to be more specific in what your goals are.  What is your bodyweight now....workout frequency, meal breakdowns....etc.  Use the search option on the nutrition  and training boards to get started....be as specific as possible.

Download the E-book I posted.  a few threads ups.  It will clear up the mystery for you.
A few key points...
Eat 6 meals a day.  Make sure you get a source of protien with each.
If you want to loose fat ( only each complex and starchy carbs ),
if you want to bulk add some dextrose to each meal.
Get plenty of Essntial fats ( Extra Virgin Olive Oil )
Focus your workouts on your negatives ( get a good stretch with each rep ), and your pumps
Drink a gallon of water ( or crystal light each day )
