While it's impressive, I don't think it's is the end all be all in the judges eye.  If that were the case Paul Dillett would of been Mr.O many times.  His vascularity is the sickest ever :o

flex wheeler had zero vascularity, while paul dilet was always smooth and was covered in veins... why? genetics, vascularity has to do with genetics.
