Cool. While I entirely enjoyed comparing your physique to the mop handle you were dancing with in the GNC back room in your early pics, one thing should be noted. Just about anyone who uses, eats a ton, trains smart, and stays consistent for 2 (if they're lucky) to 5 years, can do okay at state level bodybuilding shows.
Often one of these factors will be missing - the guy might have it all, but a spotty gear connect. or, his job/fmaily might mean continued stoppages in progress from layoffs. But most people who do well, they just found the right combination, and stayed with it.
it'll be cool to see if you advance to state/national level over the next few years, although the mop picture will inevitably be there to remind you where you came from. Okay, now tell us your offseason stack and diet. 216 pounds if very big with your narrow structure. speak on it.
