increasing appetite
« on: December 17, 2006, 11:37:58 PM »
hey guys,

i'm wanting to go on a natural bulk.  i have creatine and protein.  now i know that the main key to getting bigger/stronger is food. but i'm a fairly small guy and i just simply dont have a big appetite.  is there any advice on eating more?  it seems like i dont eat nearly as much as other people, but when i try to it just makes me sick to my stomach, almost like i'm gonna blow chunks..

any advice is greatly appreciated

thanks!

Increase healthy fats.

It's about the amounts of calories, and mainly the proteins build the muscle. Don't bother eating more carbohydrates,
your not a runner or other kind of endurance-athlete.

Eat multiple times a day,
try to focus on increasing healthy fats. Peanuts and other nuts for example, but also adding some extra oil to meals could help.

If you have a family dr.  Ask him for remron.  its an anti depressant that you take at night to help sleep.  It increases youre appetite like a monster.

i've smoked my share in the past and yea taht definitely does increase the appetite, but it gets expensive, and for some reason i just cant help but eat lots of sweets when i do.

vitamin b pill?? really i've never heard of that. but i'll definitely give it a shot.  has anyone tried this and had good experiences from it?

Controlled labs makes a product called Black Hole that is made for appetite.  Also look into digestive enzymes.  They help me alot.  I highly recomend Enzemetica brand Digest, works great.  The enzymes will help with all the added food you need to consume.  Good luck on your bulk.

Eat a nice size meal every 3 hours....after awhile, your body gets accustomed to the calories coming in and your hunger will increase.

Repeat as often as necessary.
