didnt feel much but im sure it helped , just on methyl ripped something rather atm
is more expensive but seems to keep me amped for weights/cardio and getting leaner
don't put too much reliability on them , i just like any lil bit of help to reach my goals if i have cash to burn
if not i just have a coffee
