Those of you that are nit-picking about wording and hyphens etc in Bob's first post are obviously never going to be affected by the information he's conveying. Those of us that are up and coming  IFBB hopefuls appreciate the fact that he puts the information out there. 'Nuf said, and thanks Bob.

Thanks Bob, I didn't want to say that myself, then that would make me the bad guy, girl,whatever...Most people who are canning your ass in that way are referring to something stated a couple of years ago, and taken out of context. Yeah I was perturbed too until I talked with you at the Excalibur last December. I have several friends who are IFBB pro females, and I know you're not anti female bodybuilder. I do understand your position about not wanting women to look like men however. Don't worry about the haters..they will always be there wishing they were us, so all they can do is trash us in these forums while they eat their "little debbies" cakes and get fatter...I have also had the (wonderful) experience of being called a lesbian because I have a huge, muscled, physique. Anyone doubting my leanings may address Alex23...
