the good ol´days! lol!!! i went to some mma events here in Brazil when Igor was not famous...Incredible thick structure and powerfull punches...for sure i guy that i would NEVER fight!
Enson had some good gound techniques but i think his best feature was his endurance, and the capacity of assimilate the punches!!!! I remember some fights where almost anyone who got beat like him would pass out but the guy just kept going

i dont know if you guys there know the famous history of igor´s fight wigh Edson Carvalho, student of the 'Master of Death!' Lacerda, who knew Yawara...Man i remember seeying him on tv and just falling of the bed laughin so much!!!

The old days of Fredrico Lapienda promotions in Brazil was straight up brutal.  Frank/Enson is still my favorite fight of all time.  I gave my son Enson's nickname as his middle name.  Yamato Damashii, the undying spirit of the samurai.
