I smoke if im going to go roll and train on the mat..it relaxes me and makes me think a little better because it slows things down for me, at least the way i see things. Armbars and triangles and so forth.. But if im hitting bags, sparring or working mat and stand-up forget that shit.... I feel like i should just die if i do that. Makes me all lazy slow nad then when it picks up cause ive been hit a few times cotton mouth kicks in and trainging goes to shit.. Only done this a few times because of this exact reason.
