Hockey is a lot more physical and violent than baseball though....I love mid-ice checks than the fights that follow

no way...hockey has fights every game...it gets boring, and they wear too many pads....baseball has the best fights...

my 2 most favorite baseball fights were when nolan ryan headlocked that guy and beat the shit out of him.......and when the fan jumped on to the field and ken caminiti stomped his ass....

I had a Nintendo game called BASE WARS where the players were robots and every out on the basepaths was contested by a fight between the runner and fielder.  You could buy all sorts of guns and laser swords and things of that nature with your winnings.  It was a great game!

I was an even BIGGER fan of Ryan after he did that! The hitter charged ol' Nolan and he came off the hill and put the wood to him ;)

i still have his card from that game where he was pitching covered in the other guys blood after the fight...

Throwing behind him was the ultimate insult. He had already hit him once. Pitcher was pissed because Morgan stole 2 bases on him last time he hit him. Nijer may be an asshole, but his charge of the mound was more than justified.

Sounds so boring. Love soccer. I can watch tennis but would rather play it. Skiing is a blast but I'm not gonna watch someone else do it.

Do yourself a favor and check out MLB. After acquainting yourself with the subtleties of the game you will love  it.
