Been a few years. Used to talk to him a lot. He seemed to be a pretty good guy.

Vic was/is a HUGE guy. He had high lats but that was his only weakness. Everything else was huge and well shaped.

what sport? victors left quad is bigger than both of jays legs. jay doesnt come close to this dude. if you seen fibo 94 vic owns dorian (only exception is back).

Richards doesnt "own" and hasn't "owned" anybody, because he wouldn't/won't put it on the line and compete. Looking massive in the off-season is one thing. Getting into contest shape is quite another. I've yet to see any pics of his "spectacular" win at the 1992 Nigeran National Championships, where he turned pro.

Plus, deserved or not, Richards has a reputation of being a sore loser, especially when he gets beat by someone much smaller but better conditioned than he.

Rich Gaspari claims he beat Richards in a contest, when he was a teenager. And Richards acted like a spoiled brat.

also, in an interview with trevor smith on nuclear nutrition, vic said he steered clear of drugs that cause water retention and from the FIBO video, he is holding a shit load of water.
