I will not lie
« on: January 10, 2007, 07:52:46 AM »
Honestly, during the holidays, I re-fatted myself and am personally disgusted.

I had lost 25 pounds but regained close to ten, and I tried to workout last night and could only do less than half of the cardio I had worked up to

I can see a lot of double sessions in the gym in my future

Don't feel bad, I put on 12lbs between December 7 and January 2.  Five of that is already gone by returning to my normal high protein/low carb ways even without cardio.  Look forward not back.

yeah i admit i put on a bit , not much , been on holiday the past 2 weeks and my motivations and energy has gone out the window

funny how working full time keeps everything in tact , probly cos time becomes more important what you do in it because its limited  :-\

i think the key is having pants that only fit comfortably and not owning anything bigger , that way your body will tell you to tone it down when you are popping them undone after meals ;D
