Dear Friends
Kind regards

In 6 years of lifting i ve seen about 10 guys break the 400lb bench mark.
Yet it seems every 2nd fucker on here can!

Yours thankfully
John

I'd say in all the Gold's I've been to in the past 5 years or so, I've seen one guy bench four plates or more.  He was a strong kid who worked at Auto Zone, lol.  I've seen three people deadlift over 500.  One of them was me and another one was my buddy Big Mike.  I've seen two guys squat 500 and neither of them was me. :)

Was it a real squat and those football squats?

Ehh, they would've been down to barely parallel at best.  Not many people put up those numbers in real life.

its ok..i have really small wrists...my wrists start hurting me when i lift wayy before the muscle does..

on the flip side i look damn good at only 200!

I have small joints too. I have to strap my left wrist because I broke it years ago then injured it again.
Have you tried strapping them?

There is a 'legend' here who posts under the handle 'Mr Intenseone' who claims a 563 lbs bench @ 181 lbs bodyweight, although I think he's dyslexic and actually wrote that instead of the truth, which is that he benched 181 lbs @ 560 lb bodyweight hahahahaha.

It was 535 you Aborigines sloth!

Mr.Intenseone has held the 181 pound bench press world record for over 25+ years now. Of course there's still no proof of said bench, though.  ::)

yes because 1981 was soooooooooo long ago that the camera hadn't even been invented yet.

Lets face it, even if I had a camera it wouldn't do anygood, I posted a pic of Lori doing leg press and someone said it was a 1/8 of a rep ::)....so whats the point?

I'd believe it if there were like 2 photos, like you halfway through the rep and it touching your chest. Of course there's nothing at all. I think if I ever set a world record, I'll hope to have proof.  ::)
